The Training Architect is responsible for executing the Training Strategy, from the Training Curriculum to the post-go-live activities.

At the direction of the SAP Training Architect, the SAP Curriculum Director analyzes all of the Business Process Documents (BPDs) to create the SAP Training Curriculum, identifying all the Objectives and Topics for each course. The RICEFs (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms) are also analyzed and included in the Curriculum.

Customizing Content with your Business Processes Leads (BPL)
SAP Training Developers, sourced by the client and managed by the SAP Training Architect, must maintain a responsive relationship with SAP Functional Consultants (FC). The FCs have unique knowledge of how SAP is being built for the client. The FCs demonstrate how the solution is being designed and validate that the objectives outlined in the SAP Training Curriculum are sufficient for the end-users to be appropriately prepared after training.

After the SAP Functional Leads validate the training curriculum, the training developers create Course Outlines to review with the Business Process Leads (BPLs) so that the client's business processes are integrated into the courses. This is essential for the training to be practical with the end users. The BPLs are also responsible for identifying and recruiting internal trainers to deliver the SAP end-user training.
